I was watching a "Married with Children" rerun just now. It was one of those episodes from the mid-'90s which featured the recurring character of reporter Miranda Veracruz de la Jolla Cardinal.

Actually, "character" may be too strong--she was more of a running gag, really, but a good gag, like most on that show.

Anyway, I found myself wondering, not for the first time, about who the actress was and where she might be now.
